Mammoth Dock & Lift is a locally owned waterfront services company based in Northern Wisconsin, serving lake communities throughout Oneida and Vilas Counties. Established in 2022, the business continues the legacy and relationships built through Kozey Crane & Dock, carrying forward a commitment to dependable work, honest recommendations, and deep respect for life on the water.

The company is owned and operated by Kasey Lisner, a lifelong Northwoods local who was born and raised in the area. Growing up on a lake in Lac du Flambeau, Kasey spent his early years immersed in everything lake life has to offer — fishing, ice fishing, waterskiing, and barefooting. That connection to the water naturally evolved into hands-on experience installing and removing docks and lifts, work he has been involved in for more than 25 years.

Before Mammoth Dock & Lift was established, Kasey worked for Kozey Crane & Dock for several years alongside its owner, Jake Kozey. When unexpected circumstances presented the opportunity to purchase the business, Kasey stepped in to continue what Jake had built — preserving trusted relationships while expanding the scope of services offered.

Since becoming Mammoth Dock & Lift, the company has grown significantly. Today, services range from permanent pier design and installation to boathouse repair and restoration, shoreline stabilization, barge and crane services, and the retail sale and installation of commercial dock and lift systems from trusted partners such as Pier Pleasure, Paradise Dock & Lift, and Atlas Boat Lifts.

At the heart of the business is a practical, shoreline-first approach. Every project is evaluated individually, with attention given to water depth, access, seasonal conditions, and how each property is used throughout the year. The goal is never to offer a one-size-fits-all solution, but to provide work that performs well, holds up over time, and supports long-term enjoyment of the lake.

When not working on the water, Kasey enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible — a reflection of the same Northwoods lifestyle that shapes how Mammoth Dock & Lift approaches its work. That connection to place, paired with experience and care, is what continues to guide the company as it grows.
